As a sign of our unwavering commitment to the project, we are leveraging our own resources to ensure its success. Project founder Teona Katsitadze is utilizing her 1500 sq.m of land and an old garage building in the Village Skhvitori to drive the project forward. Teona and the rest of the management team have invested 22458 GEL of their own funds to reinforce the garage's foundation, construct a new fence, and produce MVPs of chestnut flour, mulberry syrup, and buckthorn juice. This groundwork was laid last summer, setting the stage for the project's advancement.

We started renovating the founder's old garage as part of a socially responsible project, emphasizing sustainability and local pride. Collaborating with local architects and designers, we used predominantly local and natural resources, including reclaimed wood for the exterior siding and locally quarried stone for pathways, to minimize environmental impact.
